Where do you operate?

e-Wave offers support country wide.

How much do you charge?

Each client has their own unique requirements and our pricing therefore varies from client to client. We are able to issue detailed proposals once we understand the full project scope.

My challenge is unique – can you still help me?

We would require a quick meeting with the prospective client before we can answer this question. Once we have stablished the business needs and exact details pertaining to the challenge, then we will confirm and supply a proposal.

Why should I choose e-Wave?

e-Wave’s main objective is to design, develop and support clients who are affected by time consuming processes and where the integrity of data may not be up to the required standards. Saving time and improving accuracy is e-Wave’s differentiation attributes.

Do you have experience in my industry?

We have served clients across many industries in our long history, and are familiar with most business and systems challenges. We will be able to confirm our expertise in a particular industry after a brief conversation with a prospect.

Can you complete a project someone else left unfinished?

It is possible that we can assist, but we would first need a meeting with the previous supplier in order to identify the status of the project and establish the suitability of the components that have already been developed.

Do you work on other platforms than SYSPRO?

No, we are a SYSPRO specialist and work exclusively within this platform and supporting technologies.

Do you offer SLAs and support?

Yes we do, and we are able to supply details once we understand the full requirements.
